You can see in these close-ups the beveled (or "chisled") edges of the letters. Also note the sharp inside corners where the V-Bit is drawn up and out of the letter to form the point.
This first one is 3-D Engraved into 1/4" thick Aluminum which was then inlaid into Corian.
These next two are 3-D Engraved Strato-Tek
These last two are 3-D Engraved Corian with the engraved areas painted gold.
