We just did this for kicks. We sent photos to a good customer who has some Chevy accounts. He liked it, but we never heard anymore about it. We milled this out of 1/2"-thick Aluminum. The core area was Flat Engraved. The tricky part was doing the 3-D Bevel Inside and Outside on the border.
