We had some fun with this one. The letters and graphics are all 1/2"-thick XPVC, painted and stud- mounted to the back panel. The larger letters were spaced off 1/4". Since the logo had so many thin lines that came to sharp points, we inlaid them into the panel about 1/8" deep. This made them much more stable and secure. The panel itself was the fun part. We did a Faux Finish using three colors of Matthews paint, daubing some on with a rag. Then we sanded down through the top colors and finished it off with a satin clear. It really worked well!
